Why Do Leaders Stop Growing?

As human beings we tend to fall into patterns of thought that can help us feel consistent and secure. However, in business, being secure often means zero growth. Doing the same thing over and over again is comforting because, “it’s the way we’ve always done it around here,” but it doesn’t mean that way is the most productive or effective. Familiar is comfortable. New can be scary.

We help leaders to look for and remove hidden constraints. Once a constraint is identified, it can be removed to free the leader to be the leader again.

In theory, change is simple. Just start doing things in a different way, right? The problem with this lies within the thoughts, habits, and fears each of carries with us. These constraints make it difficult for positive change to happen. Then the question is how can leaders move beyond their personal constraints to led teams to the outcomes desired.

Real leadership transformation only occurs when we make change permanent. In order to make change permanent, a person has to have a “Paradigm Shift” in their thinking process and that’s what our Leadership Training is all about. Transformational thinking will transform your life.

Foundation of Leadership Training

The foundation of our Leadership training lies within Eliyahu Goldratt’s Theory of Constraints. The Theory of Constraints is a methodology for identifying the most important limiting factor (i.e. constraint) that stands in the way of achieving a goal and then systematically improving or removing that constraint until it is no longer the limiting factor.

All constraints eventually trace back to leadership (past or current) or the processes, policies, and procedures that the leadership created.

Leadership Is The Biggest Constraint

Since leadership is always the biggest constraint (and that’s a positive because we all have the ability to transform our ways of thinking) to improve an organization the leadership has to have a paradigm shift in the way they think, lead, and manage it.
